30-day money-back guarantee on your first order, excluding options and licences. Here is what the guarantee covers and how to use it.

The money-back guarantee applies to the first order a customer places with OnetSolutions. You can request a refund for 30 days from the date of that order.
What is excluded
The following are not refundable under the guarantee:
- options added to a service, such as daily backups;
- licences, such as the Windows Server licence;
- orders placed after the customer's first order.

Contact our support team within 30 days of your first order, stating the order concerned.
