What minimum configuration do I need?

A running Debian or Ubuntu VPS with at least 2 vCPUs, 2 GB of RAM and 30 GB of disk. Windows instances are not supported. Every plan on this page meets that minimum; some applications need more memory.

How much memory is left for my applications?

1 GB is reserved for the system and the platform, the rest is shared between your applications. The console shows the remaining memory budget and refuses, with an explicit message, a deployment that would not fit.

Can I install several applications on the same VPS?

Yes. The number of applications is only limited by the memory available on your VPS. Each application has its own name, domains, logs and backups.

Is my data backed up?

Each application's data volumes are backed up once a day, at 03:00, and kept for 7 days, without service interruption. These backups live on the VPS disk: they protect you from a mistake in an application, not from losing the server. For that, add the VPS backup option (from €1.99 excl. VAT/month) or take a snapshot.

How do updates work?

Every night, the platform compares your applications with the published versions. When an update is available, a banner shows in the console and you start it when you decide; data volumes are kept. The platform itself can update automatically at night if you turn that on.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. Each application is first reachable over HTTPS on a generated address. Then add your domain in the Domains tab: if the DNS zone is managed at OnetSolutions, the A record is created for you; otherwise, the console shows the IP address to point it to. The Let's Encrypt certificate is issued automatically.

Can I combine One Click Apps with a control panel?

No. A control panel cannot be combined with a One Click App on the same VPS. Pick one or the other when you order: if you need both, plan for two VPSs.

Does One Click Apps cost extra?

No. The feature is included with your VPS at no extra cost: you only pay for the VPS. Each application remains subject to its own licence, set by its authors.

What does support cover?

Our support covers the VPS: the server, its network, its storage and its availability. The applications you deploy, their configuration, their data and their updates remain your responsibility: the console gives you the tools to manage them, and you keep root access to the server.
