Recent hardware, a fast network and protected data, under every one of your tables.
AMD EPYC processors and NVMe storage
Up to 1 Gbps
OnetSolutions API
Backups and snapshots
Online in three steps
Nothing to install: you order, NocoDB is deployed on your server and published over HTTPS.
- 01
Pick your VPS
Select a plan with at least 2 vCPUs, 2 GB of RAM and 30 GB of disk: NocoDB is already selected in the order.
- 02
NocoDB deploys
The One Click Apps platform installs on your VPS, then deploys NocoDB, without a single command to type.
- 03
Create your account
Open NocoDB on its HTTPS address: the first account to sign up becomes super admin. Then create your tables and invite your team.
All of NocoDB, on your server
NocoDB presents a database as a shared spreadsheet, with views, forms and an API. Deployed with One Click Apps, you organise your data while the platform handles HTTPS, updates and backups.
Spreadsheet interface
Create tables, columns and rows as in a spreadsheet, then sort, filter, group and hide columns.
Multiple views
The same data as a grid, gallery, kanban, form or calendar, with collaborative or locked views.
Rich field types
Links between tables, lookups, rollups, formulas, attachments, currency, users and many more cell types.
Share bases and views
Share a base or a view publicly, or privately behind a password, for example a data collection form.
Roles and access
Role-based access control at several levels, to decide who views, comments on or edits your data.
REST API and SDK
Every table is reachable through a REST API with authentication tokens, and a NocoDB SDK is provided.
Webhooks
Notifications fired when a record is created, updated or deleted, sent to your own tools.
On an existing database
Connect an existing PostgreSQL or MySQL database as a data source and give it an interface.
Integrations
Email through SMTP or AWS SES, messages to Discord, Mattermost or Slack, attachments on S3 or Minio.
Managed from the console with One Click Apps
Automatic HTTPS
An HTTPS address from the moment it is deployed, or your own domain with its Let's Encrypt certificate.
Logs and variables
Read NocoDB logs and edit its environment variables without opening a terminal.
Updates
The console detects new NocoDB images, and you run the update when you decide to.
Daily backups
The NocoDB data volume, database and attachments, backed up every day and kept for 7 days.
Licence: Sustainable Use License
NocoDB is no longer open source software. Since 9 January 2026, the publisher releases it under the Sustainable Use License 1.0, a “fair-code” licence whose source code stays public; earlier versions were under AGPL-3.0. One Click Apps deploys the latest official image, so it is released under this licence.
- Internal use is free, whatever the size of your organisation: internal tools and workflows, applications built for your own organisation.
- Personal, educational or non-commercial use is allowed.
- You need a commercial licence from the publisher to offer NocoDB to third parties as a hosted or managed service, resell it in a paid offering, or embed it where your customers use it directly.
- The source code stays available and self-hosting remains supported by the publisher.

NocoDB FAQ
What to know before you order, and right after.
What is NocoDB?
NocoDB is a web application that presents a database as a spreadsheet: you create tables, link them together, display them as a grid, kanban, gallery, form or calendar, and every table is reachable through a REST API. It is a self-hosted alternative to Airtable.
Is NocoDB open source and free?
Not in the strict sense any more. Since 9 January 2026, NocoDB is released under the Sustainable Use License 1.0, a source-available “fair-code” licence; earlier versions were under AGPL-3.0. Internal use is free whatever the size of your organisation, as is personal or non-commercial use. Offering NocoDB to third parties as a hosted or managed service, reselling it or embedding it in a product your customers use directly requires a commercial licence from the publisher. The exact terms are the publisher's; the prices on this page are those of the VPS.
Which database is used?
The One Click Apps deployment stores NocoDB data in a SQLite database, kept with the attachments in an application volume that is backed up every day. NocoDB can also use PostgreSQL through the NC_DB variable, which you can edit in the Variables tab of the console: ideally decide this before entering your data, because switching databases does not move existing data.
How do I access NocoDB after ordering?
Once the VPS is created, the One Click Apps platform installs and then deploys NocoDB. Its HTTPS address is shown in the console, in the application's Overview tab. Open it straight away: the first account to sign up becomes super admin. Sign-up without an invitation is then disabled by default, and you invite your team from NocoDB.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Add it in the application's Domains tab. If the DNS zone is managed at OnetSolutions, the A record is created for you; otherwise, the console shows the IP address to point it to. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.
What minimum configuration do I need?
One Click Apps needs at least 2 vCPUs, 2 GB of RAM and 30 GB of disk, with 1 GB of memory reserved for the system and the platform; that is also the minimum NocoDB states for memory and CPU. For production, the NocoDB documentation recommends 4 vCPUs, 8 GB of RAM and at least 50 GB of disk: pick a larger plan if your team is large or your attachments are heavy.
Is my data backed up?
The NocoDB volume, database and attachments, is backed up every day at 03:00 and kept for 7 days, on the VPS disk: it protects you from a mistake in the application, not from losing the server. For that, add the VPS backup option (from €1.99 excl. VAT/month) or take a snapshot.
How is NocoDB updated?
Every night, the platform checks whether a new NocoDB image has been published. If so, an Update available banner appears in the console and you run the update when you decide to; data volumes are kept. Nothing is updated without your action.
Who looks after NocoDB once it is installed?
Our support covers the VPS: the server, its network, its storage and its availability. NocoDB, its configuration, your data, compliance with its licence and its updates remain your responsibility: the console gives you the tools to manage them, and you keep root access to the server.
